About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager – Corporate Development to support strategic growth initiatives. This role will focus on investor engagement, evaluating acquisition opportunities, and executing M&A transactions, while working closely with leadership, finance, and cross-functional teams.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Investor Outreach & Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with investors, venture capital firms, and strategic partners
Support fundraising initiatives, investor communications, and presentations
Prepare investor materials, updates, and reports
2. M&A Strategy & Execution
dentify and evaluate potential acquisition targets aligned with each business units and overall company strategy
Lead due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and market analysis
Coordinate with legal, finance, and external advisors during sourcing and transactions
Support deal structuring, negotiations, and closing activities
Market & Competitive Analysis
3. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, growth opportunities, and competitive landscape
Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for leadership
4. Program & Stakeholder Management
Manage multiple corporate development initiatives simultaneously
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Product, Operations)
Track progress, timelines, and deliverables across projects
5. Financial Modeling & Analysis
Build and maintain financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario planning
Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators of target companies
Assess target’s cost and revenue synergies to craft integration plan
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
5+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategy Consulting
Strong understanding of M&A processes, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling
Experience working with investors, fundraising, or deal execution
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in technology or high-growth startup environments
· Familiarity with cross-border transactions
· Strong network within investment or startup ecosystem
