ASSP Product Marketing Director

- Lead the product marketing, planning, and strategy for AI data center products (e.g., Server CPU, AI accelerators/XPU, switch/networking products, optical interconnect)
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team of product managers focused on product definition, planning, and execution.
- Oversee complete product lifecycle management, from ideation and requirements definition through development, launch, go-to-market, and end-of-life.
- Proactively identify new market opportunities and initiate new product concepts based on market trends, customer pain points, competitor analysis, and technology evolutions.
- Develop and communicate clear value propositions and product stories that resonate with customers, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, business development, marketing, and support teams to successfully deliver and launch products.
- Conduct deep market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy, pricing, and positioning.
- Engage with key customers, industry leaders, and ecosystem partners to gather feedback, validate product ideas, and drive adoption.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the product marketing and management team.
Qualification
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or business development for data center or enterprise hardware products.
- Proven leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and lead product management/marketing teams.
- Deep technical knowledge of AI data center solutions, server CPU, AI accelerators/XPU, networking, and silicon photonics, etc.
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on experience driving standard product roadmaps.
- Demonstrated success managing the full product lifecycle (concept to end-of-life) for complex, high-performance hardware or silicon products.
- Excellent market research and analysis skills, with the ability to synthesize data and trends into actionable product strategies.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills—able to craft and deliver compelling product narratives and business cases.
- Experience working cross-functionally and with senior/executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with hyperscaler customer requirements and AI ecosystems is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, partnership development, and industry events.
